Returns

You have the right to return all or part of the products of your Order within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Order. In this case, you will be charged with the cost of returning the products. In the event of the expiry of this period, you will lose all rights in this regard. For the return of products, you will have to fill in and send us at eshop@technalumin.gr the «Return Form».

Once you have completed and sent the «Return Form», ”, for the valid submission of a product return request you must:

• Return the product in the same condition that it was received, without having tampered with its packaging or having used the product.
• Accompany the order with all relevant documentation in original form, such as the receipt or invoice, instructions, guarantee, and other documents the product was received with.
