Shipping

Your Order will be shipped by a partnering courier service, or other shipping company, to the address you have listed, within 2 to 5 working days from the date of confirmation of payment of your order and in accordance with the availability indicated on the page of each product you have selected.

In case the product you have selected is not immediately available, your Order will be handed over for shipping within the time frame indicated on the product page.

You will receive an email at the address you have provided informing you when your Order is to be delivered for shipment to the partnering courier service or shipping company.

Available shipping:

Shipping to Greece by courier is charged as below.

• Free to pick up from our warehouses
• For orders up to the amount of 100€ the shipping costs are 4€ inclusive of VAT.
• For orders over the amount of 100€ shipping is free^*

For heavy or bulky items, the delivery will be made by our company upon request for a quote on the cost and means of shipping.

In such cases the delivery will be made either by our own means of transport, or with your own vehicle, and the shipment shall be transported from our headquarters to a corresponding delivery service of your choice in Attica, to then ship the products to the rest of Greece.

In this case, when a shipment is required to be transported by our own means of transport or transport company, the cash on delivery option is not available and the available payment methods are either to deposit the amount in the company'\s bank account or make payment by credit/debit card..

In addition, the transportation costs from the Athens delivery service to your address are paid directly to the delivery service and our Company keeps no involvement.

Shipping costs for purchases over the amount of 100€ are included in the final price of the products, except for the cases listed above where a special quote will be sent for the costs of shipment. The shipping costs of your Order are then adjusted based on the delivery address, the weight of the products and the total amount of the Order.

By placing the products, you want, in the Shopping Cart and filling in the shipping address at the pre-payment stage and Final Submission of the order, the shipping costs of your Order are automatically calculated.

To track your order, you will receive an email with the shipping number and link to the corresponding courier company page.
